• A photocopy of your original Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate

The following is the registration process that a graduate engineer can undertake at the EBK offices.

• Fill an application form that can be picked at the EBK’s Customer Information Desk
• Attach all the copies of the required documents which are the academic documents, identity card, and the two passport photos.
• Deposit Ksh 4,000 application fee at the EBK’s bank account to obtain a bank slip that will be attached to the application form. The board strictly does not accept cash.
• After filling the application form, embed the documents and the bank slip, afterward leave the application documents at the customer care and information desk.
• You will then receive an acknowledgement letter that indicates that you have initiated the graduate engineer registration process and that the application is under review by the board.
• You will be notified through a letter on the board’s decision pertaining to your application on whether it has been accepted or rejected.

• If your application is considered okay, you will get with a registration certificate.

Follow this process to complete the EBK graduate registration online:

• Click on the Engineers portal link. In the personal details section, you will be required to fill your full names, country, passport number for foreigners, ID number for the Kenyan citizens, telephone number and email address.
• You are required to create a password for your account and then click update. You will get an alert to check your email to continue the registration process.
• A URL will be sent to your email. Click on it to sign in to your new account using an ID number and password.
